Our recruitment process begins with a thorough understanding of your needs. We conduct an in-depth job intake meeting to define the position and the specific profile you're seeking. During this session, we work closely with you to clarify the role's objectives, technical requirements, and the total compensation package offered. We need to have a crystal-clear picture of your ideal candidate.

2. We Start the Search

When a new position lands on our desk, we kick off with a strategy meeting to determine the most efficient approach to get top-tier professional profiles in your inbox as quickly as possible. Once a strategy is established, we source candidates from various channels, and for roles requiring more precision, we engage in targeted headhunting, focusing on specific companies. Typically, we assess over 500 profiles to narrow it down to around 10 candidates, whom we interview and match with the position.

3. We Meet the Potential Candidates

After shortlisting candidates who meet the technical and professional requirements for the role, we conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews, be it in person or over a video conference. This step is essential, and we never present a candidate without meeting them first.

4. You Interview 3 to 5 Candidates

We present you with a shortlist of 3 to 5 highly qualified candidates who have been thoroughly vetted and interviewed by our team. By narrowing down the pool to only the best fits that meet the technical and professional requirements, we streamline the process for you, ensuring that your time is spent with top-tier professionals. Now it's your turn to assess and choose the candidate who will best support your goals.

5. We Facilitate the Negotiation Process

Once you've selected THE candidate, we step in to assist with the offer negotiation process. Our team acts as an intermediary to ensure that both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement. From salary discussions to benefits packages and any additional terms, we provide guidance and support to make sure the offer is competitive and increase the chances of it being accepted. Our goal is to help you secure the right talent while ensuring the candidate is excited to join your team.

6. We Conduct Pre-Employment Checks

We conduct thorough pre-employment checks to verify the credentials and backgrounds of the candidates you intend to make a job offer to. This includes reference checks, employment verification, background screenings, and credit checks to assess their professional history, character, and overall suitability for your organization. While reference and employment checks and verifications are conducted for all candidates regardless of employer expectations, all other services mentioned above are available upon request at no additional cost to you.

7. Post-Placement Integration Support

After the candidate has officially joined your team, our support doesn't stop. To assure a smooth transition and continued satisfaction for both you and your new hire, we conduct post-placement follow-ups to ensure everything is going well. This allows us to address any concerns or challenges that may arise early on, helping to foster a successful working relationship.
