IT Business Analyst

We are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for our client, a company specializing in the development, design, and distribution of personal protective equipment and clothing for first responders. The company is a trusted partner for numerous fire services worldwide.

Reporting to the IT Director, the Business Analyst will face the following challenges:
Understand, analyze, and define organizational needs in information technology and related business processes.
Select and integrate existing information technology solutions into organizational processes.
Specify, design, and implement solutions that leverage information technology for the benefit of the company and its departments.
Ensure the integration and monitoring of test benches for new applications or their updates.
Understand internal client requests, ensure they are fulfilled or redirected within specified timelines, while adhering to company policies.
Standardize processes and working methods with different teams.
Participate in prioritizing development requests.
Contribute to the implementation, integration, and training of new technological solutions.
Act as the first point of contact and trainer for super users in their respective roles.
Act as a change agent.

Qualifications and Experience:
College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree (BAC) in computer management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Relevant experience in analyzing business processes for information technology solutions.
Bilingualism in both oral and written communication (French and English).
Good knowledge of quality control processes, testing, and validation of solutions.
Excellent computer skills, including the Office suite, Visio, DevOps.
Ease of learning and a keen interest in new technologies.
