IT Business Analyst





We are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for our client, a company specializing in the development, design, and distribution of personal protective equipment and clothing for first responders. The company is a trusted partner for numerous fire services worldwide.

Reporting to the IT Director, the Business Analyst will face the following challenges:
  • Understand, analyze, and define organizational needs in information technology and related business processes.
  • Select and integrate existing information technology solutions into organizational processes.
  • Specify, design, and implement solutions that leverage information technology for the benefit of the company and its departments.
  • Ensure the integration and monitoring of test benches for new applications or their updates.
  • Understand internal client requests, ensure they are fulfilled or redirected within specified timelines, while adhering to company policies.
  • Standardize processes and working methods with different teams.
  • Participate in prioritizing development requests.
  • Contribute to the implementation, integration, and training of new technological solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact and trainer for super users in their respective roles.
  • Act as a change agent.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree (BAC) in computer management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant experience in analyzing business processes for information technology solutions.
  • Bilingualism in both oral and written communication (French and English).
  • Good knowledge of quality control processes, testing, and validation of solutions.
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Office suite, Visio, DevOps.
  • Ease of learning and a keen interest in new technologies.
