We are currently looking for a frontend / fullstack developer for a SaaS product company located in Montreal.
Responsibilities:
Build new microservices in Angular 11+, node.js, and potentially full MEAN stack
Rebuild existing web views in Angular 11+
Work hand-in-hand with management and UX designer(s) to create simple, easy-to-use, powerful user interfaces in the context of a rapidly growing i
ndustry; last-mile logistics
Contribute to the idea pool for future frontend development projects
Be the go-to resource for Frontend insights to the rest of our Full Stack development team
Creating mobile first views and working with themes in Angular
Use innovative, cutting edge features from the latest version of Angular to provide best-in-class user experience (NgRx, Web Components/Angular El
ements, Express.js, Next.js, etc.)
You currently have/are:
Specialized higher education (i.e. Software Engineering or Computer Science) and/or significant experience in Software Development and Mobile dev
elopment
Significant experience developing in Angular 8+ and with the MEAN stack
Experience working with REST API responses in JSON
Experience working with NoSQL data storage (i.e. MongoDB, Firestore)
Some experience working with other JavaScript frameworks (such as React, Vue.js, etc.)
Very well versed in Git (both GUI and command line) and best practices in version control for mobile development
Very strong analytical and written communication skills
Capacity to quickly learn and get familiar with the ins and outs of multiple interconnected systems
(Bonus) Some professional experience working with jQuery and Bootstrap
(Bonus) Familiar with the Atlassian product suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence)
