Technical Support Specialist

The company is currently expanding and are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team.

This is a full-time, permanent position

  • Provide daily support to users for computer equipment and network
  • Install and configure micro-computer equipment and peripherals
  • Install and configure common applications for the company
  • Install and configures radio frequency equipment and printers
  • Manages domain users
  • Participates in various IT department projects
  • Performs any other related tasks
  • College diploma in Network Administration, System Administration, or a related field
  • Able to communicate in French and have a functional English, both orally and in writing
  • Knowledge of networks and network components
  • Knowledge of computer equipment such as Radio Frequency and thermal printers (nice to have)
  • Knowledge in network administration and IT asset management
  • Must have a vehicle for commuting between two establishments
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrate autonomy
