Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Operator who is methodical, precise, and comfortable working with either conventional milling/lathe equipment or CNC machines. In this fast-paced production environment, the operator will be responsible for producing precision components that meet strict quality standards.
On-the-job training is offered.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review job orders and technical drawings to determine the required machining steps
  • Set up and operate manual milling machines and related equipment for metal parts
  • Check finished parts against specifications using tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Carry out basic upkeep and routine maintenance on machinery
  • Operated machines may vary depending on the operator’s background and skillset

Qualifications

  • Vocational training in machining is an asset
  • Strong ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
