Key Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders and technical drawings
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers
• Make production adjustments as required
• Select appropriate tooling and machining parameters
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation
• Use precision measuring and metrology instruments
• Perform machine setups, fixture installations, and tooling changes
• Contribute to improving machining and production efficiency
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Diploma in Machining Technology or equivalent
• CNC machining certification or equivalent training
• Experience programming and operating CNC machining centers
• Strong knowledge of Mazatrol programming
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Knowledge of Mastercam is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Self-motivated with good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
