Our client is at the heart of the supply chain of its clients, and are proud of maintaining a reliable, flexible and efficient technological environment
that enables them to stay connected in real time with their clients. Their warehouse management system (WMS) on AS400 is the core of their
inventory and logistics operations. Other IT tools are also utilized to support their assembly and compliance services, such as an MRP in
SaaS (Packmanager from Nulogy).

To support their needs related to operations management, planning, accessibility of information, input / access to information for their clients,
analysis, performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting (screens, automated emails), they are continuously developing their internal web portal
on a Logi framework (Logi Analytics) in SQL under SQL Server Databases.

Our clients systems are connected to each other and to their clients' systems in various ways including in-house developments (C#, SQL)
using the EDI translator Tradexpress, PlanetPress (Objectif Lune), Timezone and the integrated data exchange tools of their systems
(XMS for Infolog and CPI for Packmanager).

Because our client manages the shipping of their clients' products to their customers, they also use several of carriers' systems
(ICS, Purolator, TTY, Canada Post, Fedex) and are integrated with their main transport partners to communicate the shipment information
to them electronically.

Main responsibilities

Provide daily support to users on computer equipment and network.
Installs and configures microcomputer equipment and peripherals.
Installs and configures the company's common applications.
Installs and configures radio frequency equipment and printers.
Performs user management for the domain.
Participates in various IT department projects.
All other related tasks.
