Production Operator – Evening and Night
Our client, a global manufacturer specializing in advanced industrial materials for the construction and industrial sectors, is seeking multiple Production Operators to join its team in Sainte-Marie.
With operations across North America and Europe, the company is experiencing sustained growth driven by new long-term customer demand. To support this expansion, they are growing their production team and offering permanent positions with comprehensive paid training from day one.
Previous manufacturing experience is not required. A structured four-week onboarding program is provided by dedicated on-site trainers to help you develop the skills needed to operate production equipment safely and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Production Supervisor, you will:
- Set up, monitor, and operate production equipment;
- Operate various manufacturing machines;
- Feed raw materials into production equipment and perform material handling tasks;
- Operate a forklift when required (experience is considered an asset);
- Perform in-process quality control checks;
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees;
- Provide team lead support when needed;
- Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Perform other related duties as required.

What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in French (required);
- Manufacturing experience is an asset but not required;
- Valid driver’s licence, as public transportation in the area is limited;
- Forklift experience is an asset;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- A positive, team-oriented attitude;
- An interest in learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
