CNC Programmer
CNC Programmer – Aerospace Industry

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and provide complete CNC programs along with the required documentation
- Test and validate programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support the shop floor during testing and production start-ups
- Make program adjustments requested by machining, methods, or quality teams
- Review and optimize tool paths according to company standards and cutting conditions using provided software tools
- Actively participate in the First Article Inspection (FAI) process
- Contribute to research and development projects when needed
- Report any issues or potential risks affecting production or quality to your supervisor
- Perform tasks in line with the company’s vision, ethics, and values
- Follow all workplace safety regulations at all times
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and systems
- Carry out other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma (DEP) in Machining with CNC specialization, or DEC in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment
- Hands-on experience machining aluminum and titanium parts
- Aerospace industry background (required)
- Proficiency with CATIA V5 software
