CNC Programmer

The person in this role will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC machining programs (turning and milling) to ensure both the feasibility and efficiency of production assignments. They will also be expected to propose new methods or innovative approaches that support continuous improvement and the profitability of the company.

Profile • College diploma in Mechanical Engineering – Manufacturing option, or equivalent training, combined with approximately five (5) years of experience as a machinist, including substantial CNC programming experience. • Strong background with machining centers and CNC lathes. • Advanced programming skills, ideally with ESPRIT software. • Comfortable using standard computer tools (MS Office). • Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.
