We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our client’s team, a company highly committed to work-life balance. Our client, a dynamic and innovative Microsoft partner, strives to cultivate strong talents with a particular focus on daily innovation, using an advanced technology stack to provide modular and intuitive solutions to its clients.

As a Software Development Team Lead: You will be responsible for the daily management of our development team, contributing to product development processes, and overseeing the professional growth of each member of our team. You will lead a diverse team consisting of QA specialists, product designers, fullstack web developers, and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central developers of various seniority levels. As a Team Lead, you will coordinate all activities of each member of our development team across all products, including our internal tools, EAM/CMMS applications, and Business Central customizations. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and have a significant impact on our products and our company.

Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the development team. • Delegate tasks, ensuring that each team member has a balanced workload. • Set deadlines for all development tasks. • Monitor team performance and produce metrics reports. • Propose and implement improvements to our product development processes. • Act as Scrum Master by planning sprints and leading daily meetings. • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders for all development activities. • Organize and lead product design meetings, specification review meetings, and any other discussions required within the SDLC. • Coordinate product releases, ensuring all stages of the SDLC are adhered to. • Ensure the creation of product release notes. • Manage all internal development time entries, including: • Approval of timesheets. • Reclassification of time, if necessary. • Structure of tasks and jobs. • Approval of paid leave. • Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews for new development team candidates. • Provide feedback to development team members and conduct performance evaluations. • Motivate and encourage team members. • Identify training needs and provide coaching. • Recognize high performance and reward achievements. • Address and resolve conflicts quickly and effectively, maintaining a positive work atmosphere for all.
