Technical Sourcer
We are looking for a bilingual (French and English) Technical Sourcer. After undergoing thorough training, you will start off with sourcing and screening top notch software engineers for different clients of ours - for the most part, SaaS product SMEs located in Montreal and surrounding areas.
This position is projected to evolve into a Headhunter / Recruiter role in the first year. As the role evolves, you will also start assisting us with interviewing, preparing profiles, running reference checks, negotiating and closing offers!
We offer a base salary with one of the highest commission rates on the market and unlimited earnings, a flexible quality of life oriented work environment
This is a permanent OR contractual position (let's discuss!)
What you'll do:
- Gain an excellent understanding of the open technical roles
- Identify, locate and eventually, interview highly skilled IT professionals
- Qualify, interview and present candidates for open searches
- Build and manage a pipeline of passive / active IT candidates
- Cultivate long lasting business relationships
- Offer an excellent candidate experience from understanding their skillset and career goals all the way to the job-offer stage and intermittent post-p
lacement follow-ups (latter only once the sourcer role evolves into the Headhunter / Recruiter role)
Let's talk if you:
- Have a knack for technology (bonus if you have programming skills or dual boot into linux from time to time!)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal (written and spoken) skills
- Have prior sales / cold calling experience
- Have a passion for seeing people develop themselves
- Are a team player
- Are motivated by performance based compensation
- Are able to recognize when to go the extra mile for your teammates, clients or candidates
- Have the ability to multi-task and deliver under reasonable deadlines
